No. Hiring decisions are made by employers. Grow Biz can improve discovery, preparation and recruitment coordination but does not guarantee selection.
Employers
Can companies hire directly from the platform?
Yes. Verified employers can use membership plans to post jobs, manage applicants and access eligible candidate profiles according to plan limits and consent rules.
How are employers verified?
The platform verifies company identity and business details before granting full hiring and candidate-database access.
Can we upgrade our employer plan later?
Yes. Plans support upgrades as hiring volume, candidate-search needs and recruiter seats increase.
Recruitment Services
Can Grow Biz handle recruitment for us?
Yes. Employers can choose managed recruitment, bulk hiring, executive search, staffing or RPO in addition to the self-service platform.

Candidate access depends on employer verification, platform permissions, plan entitlement and candidate visibility settings.
How do I report a suspicious job?
Use the Report / Safety page or the report option on a job listing when something looks suspicious or misleading.
