• Generate and follow up on residential solar leads within the assigned territory
• Conduct site visits and explain financing options to homeowners
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM
• Meet monthly installation targets

• Two-wheeler and valid license
• Comfortable with daily field travel

• Prior direct sales or door-to-door experience
